Module Components
Performance Buildings® modules are assembled from components which are powerful building blocks in their own right and can be deployed as individual products.
pb Reservation Portal is the web based user interface for managing asset reservations and ordering services.
pb Signage Portal is an interactive front end designed for displays and touch screens that can be installed anywhere - outside rooms, in corridors, at service points or in the lobby.
pb Operation Portal is the web interface for touch panels in a room for managing the reservation, lights, blinds, climate, devices and services during a conference.
pb Devices Connector provides the adaptors to communicate with fingerprint readers, projectors, WLAN access points, badge dispensers, audio visual and video conferencing systems.
pb IT Systems Connector is the engine for synchronising with ERP, Billing, FM Systems, Groupware Calendaring, Active Directory and integrated Sign On.
pb Building Connector is an interface to control lights, blinds, sensors and HVAC systems according to standard protocols such as LON, EIB, BacNet and DALI.
pb Access Control Connector interfaces with an access control system in real time, primarily for assigning, activating and deactivating access rights for visitors.
pbCloud - the kernel

The core of all Performance Buildings® components and modules is the pbCloud, a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform combining IT and building systems. This architecture was built for Process Automation and Resource Sharing, and being open, it works with almost any device or system on the market. It will be compatible with your existing as well as your future infrastructure.
